10-30 t0 11-5 Progress update

Hello All,

Next week we will be proceeding as we have over the past few weeks; plumbers and framers working away, with a couple of changes.

Due to the weather, we were not able to resume our site work as hoped.  We will try again this week; continuing with hooking up utilities, completing our site drainage, and establishing an 80% backfill.  This process will take a few weeks, depending on weather circumstances.

In addition, we hope to start the roof installation and the mechanical portion of the project.  Later in the week we will be cutting the driveway to allow the installation of drainage on the west side of the easement border.  I will post a specific date as I get it.

Our plumbers and framers will be working this Saturday; in addition, the framers will be working on Sunday.

Please stay tuned to the blog posts for updates.

As always, thank you for your patience.

10/24 to 10/28 Progress Update

Hello All,

Next week we will be proceeding as we have over the past few weeks; plumbers and framers working away, with a couple of additions.

Next week we will be resuming our site work; hooking up utilities, completing our site drainage, and establishing an 80% backfill.  This process will take a few weeks, depending on weather circumstances.  Our site work crew will start on Wednesday and will be starting with the completion of the roof and site drainage on the North and West sides.  Later in the week we will be cutting the driveway to allow the installation of drainage on the west side of the easement border.

Our plumbers and framers will be working this Saturday; I don’t anticipate any crews working on Sunday.

As always, thank you for your patience with the process.

Update 10/14

Hello All,

I am posting for Dan today.  This is because our offices were vandalized and burgled this morning, and his computer was among items stolen.  I apologize for the delay!

This coming our plumber will continue his work. He is scheduled to work this Sunday. As mentioned last week, he is aware of the work schedule restrictions mandated by the City of Seattle, and will follow them.

Our roofer remains  scheduled to work this coming week.

As mentioned last week, Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) will be installing the water meter for our property during the week of 10/17.  Expect some road closures and potential access delays from the street to areas around our property.

As always, Thank you for your patience in the process.

10/7 to 10/14 Progress Update

Hello All,

This week we are continuing our framing stage, and the plumber is well under way.  This progress will continue for the next two weeks.

Our plumber will be working at least the next two Sundays.  I have informed him of the weekend and holiday work schedule restrictions mandated by the City of Seattle and he will follow them.

Our next sub-contractor, the roofer, is scheduled to start in the second week of October.

Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) will be installing the water meter for our property during the week of 10/17.  Expect some road closures and potential access delays from the street to areas around our property.

Thank you for your patience in the process.
